Eggs - Eggs are a good source of zinc. One to two eggs a day won't cause a lack of zinc in the body. An enormous egg contains sufficient amount of zinc required by your day to day bodily needs.
Non-Veg - It is a rich source of zinc. These days people prefer to eat chicken and sheep in non-vegetarian diet and both of these contain a great deal of zinc.
Whole Grains - For example, Whole Wheat Bread, Cookies, and Oatmeal, are highly beneficial for the body apart from being the best source of zinc. Whole grains contain more phytates than refined food. They give a great amount of zinc , fiber and vitamin B to the body.
